Monument Dance Centre aims to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in the UK, tailored by the Data Protection Act 2018. Data Protection Act 1984, the Data Protection Act 1998 (and subsequent legislation including the Police Act 1997, the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998, the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, The Human Rights Act 1998, The Registration of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, and the Freedom of Information Act 2000)

We will not share any information with any other parties and will hold your details for the duration of your attendance with us and one year after that. Within the center only staff of MDC and MPAS will be able to access these details. We will not share your details with any third party, however if sitting SQA, ISTD or RAD exams we will share your details with these organisations including your SQA number, RAD and ISTD pin numbers in order to register you and attain your qualification.
